On September 16, 1958 Jennifer Tilly was born in Los Angeles in extremely substandard circumstances. Her father was a car salesman, while her mother was a teacher. Jennifer was the oldest of her siblings went to numerous theater performances with her mother. Jennifer was impressed. Jennifer's father and mother separated at age five. Jennifer was brought up within British Columbia by her mother, who moved with her siblings. Jennifer did not have the best education, even though she was being an extremely artistic child. As a result of her education at Canada's public schools Jennifer was the subject of much bullying. In the years that her interest in theatre waned, she began acting in plays in support of her mom. Her children were all encouraged to be passionate about the arts. After that, she immediately began to take action.
