Srushti Deshmukh has started working on her UPSC entry in her 3rd year of engineering degree. While she was graduating, she wondered if engineering would make her happy. Her dream became clearer after she began focusing on the civil service. She was encouraged by her parents to pursue a civil service career and get ready for the examinations. She did not lose motivation as she remained focused on her goal of becoming an IAS. To be eligible for UPSC the candidate must put in more work. While she was studying in engineering, she used to also prepare different subjects in UPSC. Exam preparation was conducted daily. She spent only one month preparing for the test and kept completely off of the internet and social life. The reason she believes in concentration and focus are crucial for success in the government examination to become an official. She wanted to pass this test on her first attempt and has put in lots of hard work. Daily, she would read the newspaper to keep abreast of the latest news. On the internet, she gathered a variety of study material and watched Rajya Sabha TV. It's a fantastic guide to IAS candidates who are preparing for the test.
