Anna Silk

Anna Silk was born in the month of January in 1974. Her most popular role is Bo in the Showcase's Lost Girl television series. Silk was born in Fredericton New Brunswick Canada. Ilkay, the producer and director of the drama in St. Thomas University, is Silk's mother. Silk's father Peter, was an academic. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. Anna recalls her mom watching at work and attending play rehearsals. Silk created a variety of commercials when she was still a child. In 1997, she received a bachelor's degree from St. Thomas University. Early theater work includes at least two productions with Theatre St. Thomas: Seven Menus and The Kitchen. Silk was moved to Toronto Canada in the month of November of 1999 to continue her acting. After that, she relocated into Los Angeles California during the following decade. Seth Cooperman became her husband in 2007 when they met during an Actorsworkshop at the Actors' Workshop in Los Angeles. The couple was engaged in 2009, and then married at a civil ceremony that was held in December. In Fredericton on April 10th 2011they renewed their vows following her change of religion to Judaism. Silk was blessed with the son Samuel Jerome Cooperman in May 2013. Levi Aaron, her second baby was born on May 13, 2016. Silk's work on television includes the role of Cassidy Holland in Being Erica for which she received the Gemini Awards nomination in 2009. In 2009 she landed the lead role as Bo Dennis a succubus in the Canadian TV show Lost Girl. Silk announced to the fans her good announcement that she became pregnant during the filming of Season 3 during an exclusive pre-show to promote Season Three. This was shown by Showcase in an exclusive Season Three show held January 6, 2013 before the series' premiere. Silk tweeted on June 20th, 2013 that the show would return for a fourth season of production. Fourth season premiered on June 4, 2013 with Showcase and Prodigy Pictures. CNN, Cable News Network and E! have both named Bo (played by Silk) together with Lauren Palmer (Zoie) as one of their favorite television couple. Entertainment Television. Silk has, in turn, its popularity on social media has earned it a large online following.
