Anna Silk
Anna Silk was born in January 1974. The most famous role she has played is Bo, from Showcase's Lost Girl television series. Silk was born in Fredericton New Brunswick Canada. Ilkay who is director of drama and producer of drama and production at St. Thomas University, is Silk's mother. Silk's father Peter who was an academic, worked at St. Thomas University. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. One of Anna's first memories are of attending rehearsals for plays and watching her mom do her job. Silk was featured in many commercials while she was a young child. She was in 1997 when she received an associate's degree from St. Thomas University. Theatre St. Thomas was engaged in two early theater productions including Seven Menus (1997) and The Kitchen (1999). Silk was moved to Toronto, Canada in November of 1999 in order to pursue her acting. She then relocated to Los Angeles California during the next decade. She met her new spouse, Seth Cooperman, at an actor's workshop held in Los Angeles in 2007. Following their engagement in 2008, they married in 2009. On April 10 2011 they renew their vows during the Jewish ceremony in Fredericton after she converted to Judaism. Silk Cooperman was born in May 2013and had a son called Samuel Jerome Cooperman. Her second son Levi Aaron was born on the 13th of May in 2016. Silk was also nominated 2009 for Gemini Awards in her role in the role of Cassidy Holland. In 2009, she got the lead role as Bo Dennis a succubus in the Canadian TV show Lost Girl. Silk announced to her fans that she was expecting a baby at the beginning of January 2013, during the Showcase Season Three Special. Silk, who has been working on Lost Girl since the third season finale episode was conceived on January 6 2013, announced on Twitter her readiness to return on June 4th, 2013 as Showcase and Prodigy Pictures began production on the fourth.
