Anna Silk
Anna Silk (born January 31 1974) is an Canadian actress most commonly known for her role as Bo from the Showcase television series Lost Girl. Silk was raised in Fredericton New Brunswick Canada. The daughter of Peter an academic, as well as Ilkay Silk, a prominent actor, director, producer, playwright and Director of Drama at St. Thomas University. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. Anna remembers some of her earliest memories of life, including watching and participating in rehearsals of shows. Silk created a variety of commercials when she was still a child. She earned her Bachelor of Arts was conferred from St. Thomas University, 1997. Theatre St. Thomas staged two plays in the early years: Seven Menus & The Kitchen. Silk relocated from Toronto and moved to Los Angeles during the decade that followed 1999. Seth Cooperman was her future husband when she met him in 2007 in an actor's workshop at the Actors' Workshop in Los Angeles. The couple was engaged in 2009, and then married in an unofficial ceremony in was held in December. They renewed their vows April 10th, 2011 in Fredericton following the time that Silk was converted to Judaism. Silk Cooperman gave birth to her son Samuel Jerome Cooperman, in May 2013. Levi Aaron is her second baby boy, who was born on the 13th May, 2016. Silk's TV work is a part of Being Erica as Cassidy Holland in which she was awarded the Gemini Awards nod in 2009. The role was assigned to her as Bo Dennis the succubus on the Canadian show Lost Girl in 2009. Silk revealed to her followers that she was expecting a baby at the beginning of January 2013, during an episode of Showcase Season Three Special. Silk announced on Twitter June 20th, 2013 that the show was coming back to the production. The fourth season premiered on June 4, 2013 with Showcase and Prodigy Pictures. The character she played Bo together with Lauren (Zoie Palmer) as lovers who are identical in the show Lost Girl was named one of the most popular Television Couples from CNN (Cable News Network) and named the Top Television Couple of the year 2013 by E! Entertainment Television. Silk has, in turn, its prominence on social media has gained a significant online following.
